• Sourcing of a used press which is technically suitable to you.

• Dismantling/Loading/Trucking/Export Customs & Shipment till India

• Import Customs Clearance & transportation till our Faridabad Premises.

• A thorough check and tear-down till the last bolt including crack tests for critical components.

• A complete rebuild of the press (including reverse engineering & replacement of bushes/damaged/missing parts)

• The rebuild includes installation of the latest generation of Hydraulics/Pneumatics/CE-Certified Electricals & Centrifugally cast PB Bushes.

• Die-Trial or 1000 Stroke Proof in our modular premises in Faridabad prior to shipment.

• Erection & Commissioning of the press at your site.

• Parametric testing as per Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS-II)

• Every Press supplied by us carries a 6 Month Warranty as a mark of our confidence in our rebuild.

• Equipped with an in-house Machine Shop we also supply a years’ supply worth of critical spares and are always available post installation for maintenance and spares.
